Solar Austin is working to install donated solar energy systems (and in some cases battery backup) at local nonprofits. Right now, we're working on two installations - one at KOOP Radio (which is volunteer run and cooperatively owned) and one at Keep Austin Fed, a local food bank.

We tap into our networks to get as much equipment and services donated as possible, but we still funds to pay for labor to do the installation and some of the electrical components. You can help by donating to fill that gap. All funds raised her will go to donated installations for nonprofits.
