Minneapolis’ East Phillips neighborhood is building a more just and healthy future on its own terms through a radical community development project.
A 10-year fight led by the East Phillips Neighborhood Institute (EPNI) and the surrounding community stopped the City of Minneapolis from razing a pristine 230,000 sq ft warehouse in the heart of this historically neglected neighborhood.
Now EPNI holds the incredible opportunity to convert that warehouse into a solar-powered, cooperatively-owned indoor urban farm and dynamic community hub.
We need your support as we bring this vision to life and build on this historic community victory!
