This is a rain or shine event. No cancellations or refunds.

Bring your own table, chairs, and personnel to man your promotional table for the duration of the festival. A canopy no larger than 10x10 is suggested, but not required. Set up at the location begins at 11:00AM and the festival starts at NOON. Break-down begins no earlier than 4PM. The festival officially closes at 5PM. Parking near your tabling space is temporary, so arrive early to unload. If you have a any special needs (such as electric or you if you are bringing a large vehicle to display), please email pascoactivists@gmail.com or call 813-956-8661 to let us know.
