We JUST learned, we have the ability to file a bill, a bill to become law, to reverse the Kratom ban in Indiana, the catch is, we must pay our Indiana lobbyists $22,500 for their time accumulated in order to file TODAY.

If we do not make this payment today, we will not have another chance to do this for several years. We need your help- This amount is the exact amount the lobby firm requires for work they’ve done to get here and to file. Make a pledge now if you think reversing a ban in Indiana is worth it.  

We’ve recently had meetings with supportive Indiana decision-makers to discuss our strategy, and now need additional resources to continue our efforts and organize an urgent, much larger campaign.

Indiana banned Kratom several years ago without much notice or public comment. Members of the State Legislature feel they rushed and may have acted too quickly. They are now considering a number of alternative methods to fight opiate addiction and are asking the Kratom Trade Association (KTA) to stand up and be heard!

We have ONE chance to change Indiana law and IT’S RIGHT NOW! Unfortunately we truly cannot do this without you.
