March On! NY is over 80 groups that formed in November 2016 in response to the election. Many of us marched in DC and all over the state of NY on 1/21. 2/3 of us were casual activists before, but now we are serious! These groups are Women's Rights focused, and with that in mind- EVERYONE is welcome.
Our continual fundraising needs go to printing, advocacy, support of marginalized groups, signs for marches, permits, our website and information mailing system, transportation, and educational workshops.
We receive no funding from any organization and rely solely on donations from our community to "keep the lights on" . We have no office rent costs or salaries to pay though!
Our goal is to raise $1200 per month.
