Reinstate unfairly dismissed union members!
End victimisation against workers who speak up about harassment at work!
Outsourced workers at the Royal College of Art have been battling years of harassment and attacks on their working conditions. After raising concerns around a culture of harassment and attempting to deliver a letter to RCA management, 2 workers have been summarily dismissed. This is trade union detriment and we will continue to fight the disciplinaries as well as the right to a workplace safe from fear, retaliation and sexual harassment.
We are coming together as union members, workers, students, community activists, to stand in solidarity, to show that the victimised workers are not alone, to demand justice.
All precarious workers face the pressure of cost of living. The impact that this dismissal has on people’s ability to survive in London is insurmountable. By each giving what we can, we can keep building the resistance against abusive outsourcing.
Donations will go towards a hardship fund for dismissed workers losing pay, and to support further workers' actions.
