In 2020, we started the Survivor Repair Fund (formerly called the Survivor Relief Fund) as a response to the pandemic, providing direct emergency assistance to survivors and their family members during a time of uncertainty.
The hardships of the pandemic made clear that this was a needed resource for our community. We've distributed over $70,000 since 2020.
We want to make sure this fund remains open and accessible to survivors, and sustained longterm by the support of our community.
What's the difference between a one-time and a recurring donation?
This is a community-funded project, and donations of any amount are appreciated. One-time donations help us build up the fund more rapidly at different times, especially when funds are running low.
Sometimes we pause the fund and put requests on a waitlist while we work to replenish it. Recurring and monthly donations ensure that there will be funds available over a longer period of time.
We appreciate all the ways that you show up for survivors!
