ABOUT THE PROJECT & GROUND TEAM

Hi, I’m Nariman, a Palestinian mother and community organizer living in BC. Today, I am stepping forward to support not just my own family in Gaza, but our broader community’s most vulnerable children. From Canada, I am leading Project Shaghaf alongside three resilient women from my family on the ground in Gaza City:

• Noura (Project Leader): Architect, math teacher, and mother fighting for custody of her children after separation amidst war.

• Sanuora (Project Leader): Primary school educator holding a Master’s in Teaching Methods.

• Local Educators: Funds provide dignified employment for local teachers, security, and sanitation staff under siege.

Thanks to your generous donations, we have officially raised all funds needed to cover the Shaghaf Summer Camp and the physical establishment of our school! ✨

THE NEXT STEP: SUSTAINING PALESTINIAN ACADEMY SCHOOL 🏫 Building the school was just step one. To provide high-quality education, we must pay qualified local educators in Gaza City dignified salaries and cover ongoing student expenses.

Our newly licensed Palestinian Academy School will welcome students from Kindergarten to Grade 4 (ages 4 to 9). We are launching a sponsorship program to keep the school running strong for up to 400 young learners:

• 🕊️ $12 CAD / week (or $48 CAD / month) sponsors one child, covering tuition fees, supplies, and teacher salaries.

• 🤍 Free, Equitable Access: Priority sponsorships and full exemptions are given to sole survivors and orphans.

We firmly believe education should be free to every child, and your support ensures no student is left behind.
