10,000 Women Louisiana began as a bold vision: to unite women across the state to build collective power and influence. In its first years, the organization launched advocacy campaigns on reproductive health and maternal care, created leadership development programs to support women running for office, and established community-based policy conversations through its Wisdom, Wine & Women series. By 2025, 10,000 Women Louisiana had grown into a statewide movement with thousands of supporters, laying the foundation for its long-term goal of mobilizing 10,000 women to change Louisiana’s future.
