A diverse group of residents, business owners and property owners who either live, work or travel the 15th Street corridor regularly. Our goal is not to halt progress. Quite the opposite—we believe in improving 15th Street. We believe in making it safer, more accessible and better aligned with the future of Washington.

We support a 15th Street design that aligns with Complete Streets principles - one that prioritizes safety, accessibility and thoughtful traffic calming, rather than road and lane widening, increased speed, and significant property loss. We believe there is a better, community-centered path forward than what NCDOT has proposed.
