The 3 Communities 1 Common Agenda (3C1CA) is a collective of residents and trusted partners representing the Northeast Jackson, Mississippi, neighborhoods of Canton Club, Parkway, and McLeod. We share many spaces, like our places of worship, schools, and stores. Likewise, we also face the same environmental and infrastructure hazards, like flooding and deteriorating roads.
