Our coalition represents a majority of San Franciscans across every district — affordable housing advocates, renters, small business owners, working families, artists, seniors, and longtime neighborhood leaders opposed to Mayor Lurie's extreme upzoning, empty of any affordability or tenant & small business protections. We know that we can grow San Francisco without destroying it, and this is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to develop a vision for a more affordable and livable San Francisco! We're advocating for a real community plan with affordable housing for a diversity of people, stabilizing protections for at-risk small businesses and tenants, and financing and funding to build the 70,000 entitled units in our pipeline now, and the infrastructure to support thriving neighborhoods.
