ABOUT AMPLIFY

We are a collaborative of organizations working toward reproductive justice in Georgia. Together, we educate our community stakeholders about the value of abortion and its connection to other important issues like economic security, education and healthcare. The AMPLIFY GA Collaborative is currently anchored seven organizations who care about Georgia families and the future of our state.

OUR VISION

AMPLIFY envisions a future where decision-makers prioritize the health of women and girls of color, and where abortion is safe, accessible and affordable. We envision a future where every person has the freedom to love, live with dignity and respect, define our futures, and thrive. We envision cities that are safe and respectful of all Georgia communities; one where the freedoms of immigrants, refugees, people of faith, black people and other people of color, LGBTQ people, women and families are observed and valued.

HOW WE ARE MAKING CHANGE

We are talking to community members who know how important it is for families to make decisions that are not dictated by the state or by people who don’t understand their circumstances. We are providing educational resources, putting the power in the hands of the people and lobbying our lawmakers at the local level to take seriously the importance of reproductive care on the lives of their constituents.
