The Baltimore Public Power Campaign is a grassroots campaign in the city of Baltimore to transition away from the investor-owned utility company, Baltimore Gas and Electric (BGE), to a publicly-owned utility to ensure lower utility bills, cleaner energy, and local control for Baltimore City residents.
