Barnstormers For America (BFA) is a volunteer movement making the political process more accessible through grassroots organizing. Super-charged road trip events are our expertise, complemented by a host of traditional campaign volunteer activities, such as door-knocking (when permitted), phone and text banking, digital organizing, postcard-writing, and more. We are doers, and we do it all with joy, diligence, and creativity where we can!

While we welcome everyone from across the political spectrum to join our efforts, it should be known that this group originally began as Barnstormers For Pete (BFP), supporting the 2020 presidential campaign of Mayor Pete Buttigieg. His vision and ‘Rules of the Road’ serve as the guiding inspiration for how we show up in the world and care for one another (they were also the inspiration for Joe’s Campaign Code). We hope to prove that a model such as ours can expand on a national and even global scale.
