The BHCA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and our mission is to improve the quality of life in our neighborhood through the actions of residents who volunteer their time, skills, and energy by working closely with neighbors, historic districts, local businesses, schools, community organizations, the 3rd district council office, and city staff.
