The Bold Appalachia Landowner Alliance is a collective of landowners across Virginia and West Virginia who are fighting the proposed Mountain Valley and Atlantic Coast fracked gas pipelines.

The landowners have filed a federal lawsuit challenging the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's (FERC) abuse of eminent domain for private gain for these pipelines and other risky, unnecessary pipelines that threaten our land, water and climate.
