The City Services Coalition is sponsoring a professional, independent, and privately-funded study of New Orleans city government to identify bottlenecks, solutions, and best practices. This study is not about placing blame, but about a safer, cleaner, thriving city. It’s about developing specific, actionable ideas for management and structural improvements. We hope it provides a new governing roadmap for the future.
