The San Diego Climate Mobilization Coalition is calling on the President, the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate to implement a World War II-scale National Mobilization to transition the U.S. off Fossil Fuels and onto clean, safe, Wind, Water and Solar Renewable Energy at wartime speed, as computer modeled by Environmental Engineering Professor Mark Jacobson and his colleagues at Stanford University.
