Climate Jobs Mass. Action is a coalition of labor unions and partners who represent workers and residents from Gloucester to Cape Cod, and from Boston to the Berkshires -- working to reduce emissions, reduce inequality, and create good jobs all at once.

We believe green jobs should be good jobs. Green jobs are not necessarily new jobs; union-trained workers in Massachusetts already have the vast majority of skills necessary to complete them. If those projects emphasize fair wages and other labor standards, we can meet our emissions goals while lifting up environmental justice communities and without leaving anyone behind
