The Color Of Change Union, representing about 50 staffers, formed under the Washington-Baltimore News Guild to create a sustainable, equitable workplace. Their goals include fostering Black joy, preventing burnout, and advocating for job security, transparency, and professional growth, aligning their work environment with the racial justice values they champion.
