The 5NP advocacy group is a multiracial, multigenerational, independent, all-volunteer collective of acupuncturists and other healthcare practitioners committed to expanding access to culturally-competent and community-focused care for all people of Illinois.

What we are trying to do:

Increase access to ear acupuncture to all people in Illinois

What is ear acupuncture?

Ear acupuncture is a very safe, minimally invasive intervention that supports your own body's ability to heal.

Ear acupuncture is used for releasing chronic stress and toxic accumulation, to support folks through addiction and PTSD symptoms, and to promote general relaxation and nervous system nourishment.

The ear acupuncture protocol was developed by the Black Panthers and the Young Lords as a tool for liberation and community health.
