The Colorado FAMLI (Family and Medical Leave Insurance) Coalition is advocating for a state-wide paid family and medical leave program that would provide 12 weeks paid time off for all Colorado workers. That means time to welcome a new child, recover from a personal illness or injury, or care for a loved one in need. Because no one should have to choose between their job, their health, and their family.
