For the last 2 months, the Floral Hill Terrace Response Committee has been reviewing the FLORAL HILL TERRACE SUBDIVISION land-use application for their planned subdivision on Floral Hill Drive in the Laurel Hill Valley of Eugene, Oregon.

Now the FHT Response Committee asks for YOUR voice to be heard. Our response is on behalf of the entire neighborhood and you are an important part of that.

DevNW has applied for a permit to build this development under the “Housing Clear and Objective” criteria which, if approved, will remove the neighborhood voice altogether.

Their application is to create 12 residential lots which are proposed to be subdivided into 40 units to be developed into 6 townhouse 4-plexes and 16 detached homes.

It is our understanding, based on feedback, that our neighborhood is in support of affordable housing and inevitable infill, but that folks have concerns about the proposed project in this location.

The Floral Hill Terrace Response Committee would like to hear where you stand currently; your questions, comments, and concerns and to keep you updated about the Application for the Subdivision. Please subscribe for updates through this Floral Hill Terrace Response Committee platform!
