Germantown Community Group
As the city of Philadelphia ramps up spending to host millions of visitors for the United States’ 250th anniversary this year, our communities are struggling. We are facing rising healthcare costs, cuts to SNAP benefits, underfunded public transportation, and masked agents raiding worksites.
No one is coming to save us. We must mobilize together to demand the protections and resources we need to thrive.
Our Germantown community group meets on the first Wednesday of every month from 6:30 - 8:00 PM. We gather at Germantown Mennonite Church (21 W Washington Ln, Philadelphia, PA 19144) to discuss the needs facing our community and chart paths to address those needs. Free food will always be provided!
Sign up here to stay in the loop. We hope to see you at our next meeting!
