The California Association of Resellers, ReUsers and Buyers (CARRB) is a non-profit organization that advocates for the rights of persons who buy and sell used goods excepting those who buy and/or sell in a pawn capacity. We are working to educate our legislators in regard to the types of used goods that are bought and sold at weekly/monthly markets and in brick & mortar establishments, and how and where these items are typically obtained for resale. It is our belief that applicable laws can be amended once our industry as a whole is better understood by our lawmakers.
