Judge Swartz is a homegrown community advocate, attorney, and current Justice of the Peace. Judge Swartz has kept his promises, overhauled JP 3-1, and stood tall when we needed him to, testifying in Austin and leveling the playing field in his own courtroom. He has been elected co-Admin. Judge by the other Justices of the Peace for Dallas County, has persuaded the other justices to adopt certain rules or interpretations, and given everyday Dallas Texans a stronger voice in their own county government.
