Huddle Up

Huddle Up: Your Voice, Your Power, Your Future

Huddle Up is a civic strategy designed to engage working-class Black and Latino men—particularly those ages 30 to 50 in presidential swing states—who didn’t vote for Harris in 2024. This work began with Black men in Georgia and North Carolina and is expanding with purpose.

These are the men most vulnerable to disinformation, media cynicism, and cultural alienation—and the least likely to be reached by conventional campaign messaging. They’re not tuning out. They’re tuning in elsewhere. Podcasts, YouTube influencers, group chats, and barbershop conversations are shaping political identity in real time. That shift is not a threat. It’s a strategic opening.

Huddle Up meets these men where they are—digitally, emotionally, and culturally—and offers something most civic efforts don’t: space to speak freely, build trust slowly, and grow into leadership on their own terms.

We’re not theorizing what works. We’ve tested it. And we’re building out from there.
