Jetpac Resource Center was created to make sure that, regardless of political experience, American Muslim candidates have the tools they need to run successful campaigns that uplift our communities. We believe the most effective way to defeat the rise of violent Islamophobia is by increasing our political representation, and our civic engagement. Win or lose, the candidates we train build coalitions in their communities after their campaigns end. Their leadership inspires more American Muslims to become engaged in issue-based organizing on the local level, and forces elected officials and the media to include the Muslim perspective in the narrative on healthcare, the economy, immigration, and every other issue impacting American life.

We also work with other groups to advance economic and racial justice policies. By building coalitions and tearing down electoral barriers for the most underrepresented in our society, we are part of a growing collective across the country working to build a more inclusive and just democracy.
