Jolicia is running to represent the 25th State Senate District. She is a mother, a health care worker, an activist, and an advocate for her community. Since running for house of Delegates in 2021, Jolicia has spent significant time continuing to build coalitions and uplifting her communities across the North Neck, Middle and Lower Peninsulas.
