Just Actually LLC, run by Stacey Alapai, is an independent community advocate who collaborates with multiple Maui-focused nonprofit organizations to ensure community voices are at the center of conversations deciding Maui's future.

You probably know Stacey from her Instagram or TikTok page @just.actually or walking around Makawao town. This group will be used to promote community organizing and projects that directly impact Maui like: water rights, affordable housing advocacy, energy & infrastructure issues, and protecting iwi kupuna.

While I may work with many different programs and projects, this group is independently "owned" and managed by Stacey Alapai. I may forward alerts from partner organizations, but will not share your contact information without your explicit consent.

Stacey believes in radical transparency and accountability - admitting when we are wrong, being willing to change our minds, and accepting that the problems we face today are nuanced and complex.

TLDR: This is Stacey's group that I use to share about the many different issues I care about without needing approval from a nonprofit or government organization to do what I do.
