As you know, five (5) year old Kodi Gaines was shot twice, in the face and elbow, by Baltimore County Police Officer Royce Ruby when Ruby gunned down and killed his mother, Korryn Gaines, in front of him on August 1st, 2016. Kodi has been mentally and physically scarred for life and continues to need extensive treatment to stabilize his very complex mental conditions.

Kodi has gone without justice for far too long. Enough is enough!
