K-12 Coalition to Protect Undocumented Students
Seattle, WA
About the K-12 Coalition to Protect Undocumented Students: The coalition serves to ensure the physical safety and emotional well-being of King County K-12 children and youth who are undocumented. We work in collaboration to ensure our schools are a safe and inviting for all students and their families because we know this is paramount to students being able to achieve.
The coalition centers folks who are the most impacted- undocumented students of all races and origins. However the coalition does not exclude other marginalized identities such as Muslim students, LGBTQIA+ students, Indigenous students, young womxn and girl students, and students of color or immigrant backgrounds.
