Kroger Receives Award for Best Use of Social Media in Shareholder Communications Sep 12, 2015 Kroger won the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) Social Media Shareholder Impact Award at the 2015 annual meeting of the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) held in Chicago.
The ACSI is the market leader in measuring customer satisfaction.
Kroger Fuel points out that the option to give gift cards to customers who don't have a Kroger card, like Sprint or Verizon, is available, as well.
When the gift cards go on sale, this gift card promotion will be held for seven days, and will automatically renew at the end of that period.
The promo will be available through Kroger Fuel as well as Kroger's website, or the retailer's kiosks, starting Oct. 28.
