Lambda Theta Phi Latin Fraternity, Inc. is the first and largest Latino Greek Letter Organization in the United States. We were founded on December 1, 1975, in Union, New Jersey, at Kean College, now Kean University. Lambda Theta Phi empowers Latino men through scholarship, brotherhood, opportunity, and the protection of identity and equality. We have several thousand members from our more than 100 chapters all across the country.
