LoopWorks will lead the effort to build a Mini-Loop to serve the Milpitas BART/VTA Transit Center, Great Mall, proposed grocery store, park/school, and 2 housing areas. Success there will be followed by a second loop - the BART Circulator - that includes 7 more stations serving 3 other housing areas, another park, and the City’s industrial core.
