We are the Puget Sound branch of the Making Change at Walmart campaign. We are a coalition of community members, faith-based organizations, labor unions, multicultural organizations, and social justice activists, united in our challenge to Walmart: To gain access to our communities, you must meet our community's standards. With corporate power comes a need for corporate conscience, and we believe that Walmart needs to lead the path toward an ethical partnership with communities. This includes a living wage, affordable health care, fair compensation and just treatment for all workers along its supply chain, sustainable business practices, and acting with honesty, openness, and integrity.
