My name is Nardine. I am an undergrad student living in the GTA, and I am studying Global Politics. In my first year of university, I learned something about myself that I now realize was always true about who I was, but never quite identified: I care about our planet. The reality of climate change is one that is hard to grasp and its burden, heavy. I know that I cannot be the only one to feel this way.

I don't necessarily have a group or a campaign yet, but like you, I have a chance and responsibility to do something. I have come to believe that those who have been blessed in any kind of way are trusted to use these blessings to help others. There are many people out there who are suffering the effects of climate change while having contributed to it the least, and above all they don't have the capacity to make a change here.
