ADP maintains an account with the Action Network for official communications to Democrats across the state. You are granted an organizer log-in under ADP's account for purposes of official communication to Democrats in your region based on your position as an officer. The primary purpose of the account is to enhance organizing efforts.
Please utilize this platform effectively and efficiently for mass communications that are consistent with ADP's messaging and mission no more than once a month. If you require additional communications please notify ADP. We recommend a monthly communication consisting of all relevant regional events (House District Meetings, regional Dems events, candidate fundraisers, etc.), Party-Run Primary updates, convention updates, and any other noteworthy Party business.
The platform should not be used for personal email communications, individual House District communications, or any communications not related to ADP or Mat-Su Democrats. Communications shall include a disclaimer such as:

This platform shall not be used for the primary purpose of influencing an election without formal notification to ADP and approval from the Chair or Executive Director. Notifications to ADP must include an articulation of compliance with APOC and/or FEC regulations and reporting relating to the election activity.
