We, the women of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc., Chicago Metropolitan Chapter, in partnership with families, advocates, and community members, are dedicated to passing the Ebony Alert (HB3660) legislation in Illinois. Our goal is to ensure that missing Black children and young women (ages 12-25) receive the immediate resources, media attention, and law enforcement urgency they deserve. In conjunction, Illinois demonstrates a significant need for the establishment of the Office of Missing and Murdered Black Women and Girls (SB1515).
