The National Congressional Voting Caucus for Human Rights International (NCVCHR), is a human rights action group, lead by its National President, Rev. Dr. Lent C. Carr,II. The NCVCHR is a multifaceted issue based organization who tackles the major issues of our times, with satellite facilities in all Fifty States, including the District of Columbia. We believe that our collective rights to a life without oppressive strong arming from outside sources and our government goes beyond the mere palliatives of the Civil Rights Act, they are inalienable rights endowed by our Creator, and protected under the Geneva Convention by the United Nations upholding Human Rights in its native form from the Creation of all creation.
