We are River Valley Voices In Action (VIA) a chapter of the River Valley Organizing Project. We are a citizen based community organization that works for a safer, cleaner, and more community oriented environment throughout the Ohio River Valley. We strive to build thriving communities through solutions led by and for the neighborhoods we live in.
