Omna Tigray is a nonpartisan global organization with chapters across the US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Founded by a collective of international Tigrayan professionals from various backgrounds, it was established in response to the war launched against the people of Tigray on November 4, 2020.
Core Pillars
Omna Tigray’s work is organized around three pillars:
Advocacy: Engaging elected officials, governing bodies, and international institutions to address the ongoing crisis in Tigray, demand accountability, and push for full implementation of the Pretoria Cessation of Hostilities Agreement (CoHA).
Humanitarian Aid: Calling for unrestricted aid access and directly supporting civilians through fundraising and resettlement programs for refugees and internally displaced persons.
Economic Development: Promoting the rebuilding and long-term economic stability of Tigray and its displaced communities.
