OESPA is a union of clerical, custodial, food service, maintenance, para-, technology, transportation, and security professionals of Orange County Public Schools. OESPA’s mission is to empower and advocate for our members in order to ensure a high-quality public education for every student. Our students are our priority.

We organized our union to ensure that our members, our skills and our efforts are respected and that our rights are protected. Our union is determined to ensure that the needs of our members regarding working conditions, hour, benefits and salaries are advocated for and are maintained at a level consistent with the needs of our families.
