Welcome to my group! I've been a Democratic Volunteer Leader in Pinellas County since 2008 who served as OFA Florida State Lead. This group is to keep the army of volunteer soldiers who take action informed and connected with actions in the field. With 2020 still fresh in our minds we're organizing to make sure President Elect Biden and Vice-President Elect Harris are successful in legislative actions. 2022 will be here before you know it so we will bring in new volunteers and re-engage those who gave volunteered in the past.

Here are is an example of the many ways you can help!

• Canvass – in person in your neighborhood and/or any area in your precinct or another. You’ll visit the homes of Democrats and a select group of NPA (No Party Affiliation) voters to have personal conversations and to provide information. This can give us the edge in 2022!

• Call or text voters

• Register voters (to expand our voter base and keep voters registrations current)

• Recruit more volunteers like you to help – gather your friends!

• Manage data in our voter database (Join the Pinellas County Democratic Executive Committee for this.)

• Organize or coordinate events (working with our District 64 leaders)

• Provide technical support or training for computers, cell phones, and cloud-based applications

• Drive canvassers to the targeted voters’ homes

• Research and create Event Briefing Memos

• Prepare literature packets

• Limited number of volunteers to write postcards (For voters we can not reach any other way)

• Leaders Volunteers who are trained and can help train/lead others.

• Social Media Volunteers to share and promote our events and information on social media (Take Photos of events)
