This group is organized with the help of WisCOSH which is the Wisconsin Committee on Occupational Safety & Health. We are a 501(c)(3) charitable non-profit whose mission is to improve workplace safety and heath for Wisconsin workers by providing the environment and resources for concerned individuals to use their skills for the direct benefit of working people and their families; to empower people to join together and collaborate with others, including health personnel, community leaders and interested business people, to create an interest in safety and health in the workplace.

We are concerned about the health & safety of all of Wisconsin's workers. Workers deserve to have a workplace free from recognized hazards but all too often they don't. All too often are left on their own struggling to figure out what is the right thing to do, how to do it, who to involve and when.

WisCOSH is a membership-based organization but you do not need to be a member/affiliate to get help from WisCOSH. WisCOSH was founded by a mix of workers, both 'at will' and represented, union locals, healthcare and legal professionals and concerned small businesses. Now, nearly 50 years later, our commitment remains the same: ensure every worker has a place of work free of recognized hazards and every worker goes home as healthy and whole as their day started.

WisCOSH works with individual workers, unions, community organizations, statewide organizations, national organizations and businesses that agree with our mission.
