The mission of the R.I.S.E. Coalition of Western Maryland is to serve, elevate and empower the

immigrant community in Western Maryland. The Coalition will accomplish this by helping to

further unite current efforts on the ground amongst diverse immigrant communities and their

allied neighbors.
