We are a coalition of students and Gainesville locals dedicated to fighting to preserve and improve the Regional Transit System of Gainesville in the face of persistent efforts to cut funding by the University of Florida. In this, we are demanding:

1. Restoration of funding and routes cut over the Summer of 2025
2. Release of all records relevant to how UF's contributions to RTS funding are spent, including records of how the university has allocated the $2.5 million cut in the Summer of 2025.
3. Going forward, funding of RTS shall be, at a minimum, annually increased to match inflation in order to prevent future decreases in funding, and with the goal of increasing funding and service to pre-pandemic levels.
4. The institution of an independently elected committee of students that must approve TAPS funding adjustments as a means by which students can democratically provide input or accountability to the decisions of RTS funding.
