Located in Ocean County, NJ, Sea Change RCO works to reduce the negative consequences associated with addiction, address the consequences of the opioid crisis, eliminate the stigma surrounding substance use disorders, and provide tools, resources, and support to individuals and the community to save lives. All of our services are free and confidential.

We exist to offer a safe and friendly environment for community members in recovery, seeking recovery, or affected by a friend or family member's addiction. The impact of the overdose epidemic in Ocean County is a major public health issue. Harm reduction and recovery support services play a significant role in preventing drug-related deaths and increasing access to healthcare, social services, and treatment. As a community-based program, Sea Change fills a critical gap faced by the residents of Southern Ocean County, who face barriers to accessing care, including a lack of treatment facilities, transportation issues, housing concerns, and stigma associated with addiction.
