A coalition of neighborhood associations bordering Washington Avenue that support the plan to improve pedestrian safety. So far, the coalition includes:

• the South of South Neighborhood Association (SOSNA);
• the Bella Vista Neighbors Association (BVNA);
• the Passyunk Square Civic Association (PSCA);
• the Dickinson Square West Civic Association (DSWCA); and
• the East Passyunk Crossing Civic Association (EPX)
